Welcome to customer care section. If you have any problems, feel free to contact us by directly messaging us on Instagram or emailing us. We will try out best to reply as soon as we can. For confirmation, we are once again not accepting orders here. We only accept orders on our Instragam Shop page.
As for Patreon, you can also contact us before joining on any of the tiers if you any concerns to avoid issues. We assure you that we will leave a response or answer to your questions.
Privacy & Safety
Welcome to privacy and safety section. To not make you worry, we are not storing your personal info that may harm your safety and (bank) account. After sending proof of your payment and we have already seen it, you can quickly remove it after 10 seconds. We don't allow our club/team and shop to store your private informations such as your email address, bank account address/number and etc. But please be ware that we list down the name/username of our Patrons so we can avoid any issues or misleading informations. Other than that, we do nothing about your profile anymore. Please be assure that we won't harm you. Thank you.
Wholesale Inquiries
Welcome to wholesale inquiries section. Apparently, we are not open for retailers or resellers. We are still a very small club/team and shop and we only launch digital and printable products. But we will think about it in the future. If many of you are interested on being a reseller, we might change our mind. Still, this is most likely not to happen as we are a club or team. Retrocade is managed by four (4) people already and that number might go up soon too.
